Contractual Agreements

Dental practices inevitably need to enter
into a number of contractual arrangements. At present with the advent of PDS
contracts and the local commissioning of dental care giving rise
to the necessity to negotiate with Primary Care Trusts many
existing agreements will need to be reviewed. Whilst you may
well require the services of a lawyer in order to conclude
matters, many practitioners find it useful to discuss their
options in a non legal environment before embarking on
discussions with a solicitor.
