Since its
inception the business has been involved in the valuation of
dental practices. In the current climate the need to obtain
independent professional valuations for the purposes of both
sale and purchase of practice is increasingly important.
Additionally valuations may be required for the establishment
and dissolving of partnerships and for other purposes such as
divorce.
Our charges
for the valuation of dental practices are calculated by hourly
rate and we are more than happy to provide indicative
quotations on request following the supply of limited general
information.
Increasingly
we supply advice to both the sellers and purchasers of dental
practices in terms of both the purchase and sale of practices.
Our aim very soon will be to offer a full
practice agency service targeting but by no means exclusively
confined to the area in our home base in the North West of
England where no specific representation currently exists.
